Earth Hour 2012 at Litchfield Community Center

Earth Hour 2012

Saturday, March 31st from 8:30-9:30pm

At the Litchfield Community Center

Show you Care for the Planet: turn off your lights for 1 hour

Come join us and participate in the world’s largest single campaign for the planet: Earth Hour.

Held each year Earth Hour is a worldwide initiative symbolizing the collective power of individuals, businesses and governments to reduce our impact on this planet.

From its beginnings in one city in one country – Sydney, Australia – Earth Hour has grown to millions of people in over 5000 cities across 135 countries.

A truly global community committed to creating a more sustainable future!

It starts by turning off all your non-essential lights for an hour at 8:30 pm on March 31, 2012 in a collective display of commitment to a better future for the planet.

Think what can be achieved when we all come together for a common cause.

Gather with friends and neighbors for a fun hour of collective caring for this fragile planet, Mother Earth

Bring a flashlight or candle in glass container..…and bring a friend!

We’ll see you there!
