Family Nature Connection
Join us on June 23
White Memorial Conservation Center 10:30am-12:30pmChildren and parents of all ages are invited! (Dress for the weather)
Get your family out from in front of the tv and computer and into Nature at this nature connection workshop sponsored by Transition litchfield, White Memorial Conservation Center and Three Red Trees School of Natural Living. We will play some games and get to know a little more about the plants and animals living around us while exercising our minds and bodies. Natural surroundings utilize and develop parts of our brain that few other activities do.
Lead by experienced Nature Mentors Andy Dobos and Deneen Bernier of Three Red Trees this family event will give an introduction to a way of looking at the natural world as the perfect place to learn and grow by following curiosity and having fun.
This is a free event, children must be accompanied by and adult.
Meet at Museum at White Memorial, 80 Whitehall Road, Litchfield, CT 06759
